Delays in design approval may impact the overall production and shipping timeline. b. LocalHeroBox will make reasonable efforts to follow up with customers for design approval, but it is the customer's responsibility to respond and provide feedback in a timely manner.

  3. Shipping Methods and Providers: a. LocalHeroBox partners with reputable shipping providers such as DHL, TNT, GLS, UPS, and Hermes to deliver products to customers. b. The available shipping methods and providers will be displayed during the checkout process. 

  4. Shipping Time and Delays: a. The shipping time starts once the production of the ordered product is complete. It may vary depending on the shipping destination and the selected shipping method. b.
