Requestion New Design for Existing Product

To request a new design for an existing product that in our shop, please follow the steps outlined below:
  1. Visit the product page: Start by navigating to the product page of the brand shop where you wish to request a new design. Look for an option/button labeled "Request New Design."
  2. Upload your design/logo: Click on the "Request New Design" button, which should prompt you to upload the design or logo file you want to see on the product. Select the file from your computer and proceed with the upload. Note, only .pdf, .eps, .jpg, .png are allowed
  3. Provide design briefing: After uploading the design file, you will likely see a field labeled "Design Briefing." This field allows you to enter additional notes or instructions that are important for your design request. Take your time to provide clear and detailed information about your design preferences, such as color schemes, placement, and any specific requirements.
  4. Add the product to your cart: Once you have uploaded the design and provided the necessary briefing, you can add the product with the requested design to your cart. Review the uploaded design and design briefing notes to ensure they accurately represent your requirements.
  5. Proceed to checkout: After adding the product to your cart, proceed to the checkout process. Follow the instructions provided to complete the purchase, including entering your shipping and payment details.
  6. Final design approval: After the checkout process, your design request will be reviewed and finalized. It will be sent to you and Anouk (Anouk.Luyten@sdworx.com) for final design approval. During this stage, ensure you monitor your email for any communication regarding design clarifications or adjustments.
  7. Production and delivery: Once the final design is approved, the production process will begin. The product will be manufactured according to the specifications of your requested design. The estimated production and delivery timeframes will vary depending on the specific brand shop's procedures and location.

Optional Step:

  • Adding the new design as a standard design: If you believe your requested design has broad appeal and could be of interest to other customers, you may have the option to suggest adding it as a new standard design to the shop. If you wish to pursue this option, communicate your preference during the design approval stage or contact the brand shop's customer service team directly.
